Xiaojing Xing

Builder at the Intersection of AI & Consumer Health.

I'm a product manager and builder at the intersection of AI and consumer health.

Over the past 7 years, my journey has spanned from Tencent's healthcare division and global venture capital, to co-founding a neuro-feedback sleep hardware startup. I'm now at Stanford Medicine, where I created and co-instruct a graduate course on consumer health innovation (BIOS 438).

What gives me energy is seeing a product I've built actually change how someone lives, when science, design, and human behavior come together and something real happens.

Stanford BIOS 438: Consumer Health in Action

Stanford BIOS 438: Consumer Health in Action

Co-Instructor · Stanford School of Medicine

I co-created and co-instruct BIOS 438 at Stanford Medicine, bringing together students, founders, and clinicians to build consumer health products that actually work. The course centers on the Consumer Health Innovation Loop, a framework I developed for why most health products fail. We cover needs-finding, technical feasibility, product-market fit, AI-driven experiences and behavior change.

MindLax · Neuro-feedback Sleep Hardware Startup

MindLax · Neuro-feedback Sleep Hardware Startup

Chief Product Officer

MindLax is a neuro-feedback sleep device that translates tactile and sound-based neuroscience into an intuitive consumer experience for better sleep and recovery. I owned the end-to-end product journey, from prototype to a dual-channel GTM across D2C and B2B2C partnerships in US and China. The product launched with strong early traction, sustained engagement, and one of the lowest refund rates in consumer hardware.

Tencent Healthcare · Clinician AI Workflow Platform

Tencent Healthcare · Clinician AI Workflow Platform

Product Manager

At Tencent Healthcare, I built an AI-powered clinical workflow platform adopted by tens of thousands of clinicians across China. The platform featured two core innovations: automated health video generation for patient education, and disease-specific patient management templates that streamlined how doctors tracked and communicated with patients. Recognized with the Tencent Innovation Award in 2021.
